Personal data we process

We only collect necessary data:

• First and last name
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Location data
• Bank details

Why we process personal data

For customer accounts: name, address, email address and telephone number are needed for delivery and communication. Bank details are stored for payment processing.

For newsletters: with your consent we use your email address to keep you informed about new products, prize draws, offers and other tasty news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Special categories of personal data

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 16 without parental consent. Parents can get in touch via hello@hands-off.com to have such data removed.

Retention periods

• Order data: 7 years (statutory obligation for debtor and sales administration)
• Newsletter data: until unsubscription
• Contact details: maximum 2 years

Sharing with third parties

Data is not sold. Sharing only takes place where this is necessary for the performance of our services or because of a statutory obligation (distribution centre, delivery services, mailing programme). Processing agreements guarantee equivalent security standards.
