Shipping

Hands Off works with PostNL for letterbox parcels and DPD for larger shipments. Orders placed before 15:00 PM are shipped the same day and are normally delivered on the next business day.

Please note: we do not ship orders during weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Costs for Business Customers (NL, BE, DE)

The same rates as for consumers apply, but shipping is free on orders over €350

Shipping Costs for Business Customers (Other Countries)

• Sweden: €49.20
• Denmark: €18.40
• Hungary: €29.30

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

When temperatures exceed 23°C (73°F), we unfortunately cannot ship chocolate due to the risk of melting. Orders will be held until cooler weather conditions allow for safe delivery.

Returns

Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@hands-off.com. Once the return has been registered, the products must be returned to us within 14 days.
